The discussions related to the climate matters comes round like the boomerang. The upcoming Climate Summit in Lima (COP20) does not appear as the key importance for environmental policy, hoverer the most significant decisions related to the future of the European trading scheme for CO2 emissions, will be made this year.

The MSR (Market Stability Reserve) will become one of the most important element of the package in the 2030. As the MSR aims to increase the price for the emission from 20 to 30 EUR, according to some other estimates even up to 35 EUR and the current legislative proposals causes many doubts. CBE Poland decided to come across that matter and help to understand the problem. As the subject is very popular and there is hedge interests among the specialists we decided to organize the III Emmission Traiding Summit.

The conference has the international range and it is related to the functioning of emission allowances trading systems. The event will be held on November 19th, 2014 in Warsaw Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel. Substantive issues of the programme has been consulted with the Ministry of Environment.
