The Women in Pharma Manufacturing Forum is a platform designed to develop a network of ambitious, talented women at all stages of their manufacturing career, as well as the individuals – male or female – that continue to support and develop these women. With insight from the C-Suit and VPs to those just starting out in their career, together we will recognise and celebrate the achievements of those who have made positive contributions to the industry by diving into targeted and strategy focused case studies on how our speakers have overcome obstacles in the workplace, and use their experience to inspire the next generation of women in pharma manufacturing.
The Women in Pharma Manufacturing forum will cover an array of personal development topics, with discussions on how you can excel as a mentee or mentor, build your own ‘brand’ in the workplace, optimise cross-cultural management and conflict resolution, while exploring how we as a community can make positive change within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.
