Abu Dhabi (October 16, 2017) – Officially supported by the Ministry of Interior and under the patronage of Lieutenant General HH Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, present at the event, Advanced Conferences & Meetings (ACM) proudly launched Digital Forensics & Analysis Summit GCC on Monday at The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa.

The conference started with the MOI opening remarks and keynote address by Capt. Hassan Ali Albadawi and Col. Faisal Sultan Al Shuaibi from the Ministry of Interior UAE followed by many exciting presentations among which we can mention: “Future foresight in digital forensics – role and implications ” by Lua Emilia from Quantumrun, “Smart buildings – developing capability to optimize on the data collected from smart building” by Dr. Andrew Jones from University of Hertfordshire and many more… The conference provided as well informative panel discussion “Shaping the future of digital investigations” monitored by Darren Mullins from Deloitte Corporate Finance Limited and a workshop “Digital forensics in an IOT era” facilitated by Lt. Col. Abdulrahman Ali Mansoori, Ministry of Interior and Lua Emilia from Quantumrun

The first day at Digital Forensics & Analysis Summit GCC conference created the perfect platform for the attendees to build relations, exchange ideas and seize business opportunities throughout the ACMi+ interface that allowed for many networking breaks which created a dynamic, efficient and relevant learning environment.
