Amman, February 2012 – As part of its belonging to education and youth, Umniah signed an agreement with Al-Ahliyya Amman University for the provision of on-campus services. The agreement was signed in the University by Umniah CEO Ihab Hinnawi and Al-Ahliyya Amman University President Prof. Dr. Sadeq Hamed.
By virtue of this agreement, Umniah will offer Al-Ahliyya Amman University’s staff its mobile and Umax services. Umniah will be providing these services using its advanced infrastructure which embraces the latest telecom technologies. Under the agreement, Umniah will support various student activities and provide Al-Ahliyya Amman University students with tailor-made offers that respond to their needs. And to be more accessible for the students, Umniah services will be available inside the University for inquiry and selling purposes.

In turn, Prof. Dr. Hamed expressed his delight at partnering with Umniah and commended the Company’s high quality and competitively priced services and business solutions. He also explained that Umniah’s value-added mobile and Internet services will facilitate and organize the University’s operations, increase efficiency and enhance on-campus communication between the University and the students.
