Osaka, Feb 9, 2012 - (JCN Newswire - MySolutionInfo) - HuMANDATA LTD, a manufacturer of various FPGA/CPLD boards in Japan, today released XP68-03-LX45, a new PLCC FPGA module powered by Xilinx Inc.'s Spartan-6 FPGA (XC6SLX45-2CSG324C).

HuMANDATA's XP68-03-LX45 is so compact that it can be equipped on a universal board by using a 68-pin DIP PLCC socket. With an on-board 1.2V regulator, the module requires only one 3.3 V single power supply.

The XP68-03-LX45 provides 50 user I/Os, which are divided into two Vcco group, and is equipped with an on-board 50MHz oscillator, two user LEDs, one user switch and a Power-on Reset IC for stable FPGA configuration.

The module comes in a compact 25.3 x 25.3mm PLCC size, is compliant with the RoHS Directive, and is designed for lead-free soldering.
