The Electronic and mobile Payment Conference is an event about the mobile & online industry growth and potential in the region. Mr. Mohammad Tahboub – int@j chairman – stressed on the importance of this conference for the industry as it included main Electronic & Mobile payment opportunities and issues, demonstrating the newest technologies, trends, applications, innovations and capabilities in the local & regional markets.
The Conference featured key speakers and participants from related fields of expertise like Dr. Abdul Malek Jaber – CEO of MEPS Middle East Payment Services who thanked int@j for organizing the Conference and expressed his pride in MEPS’ participation. Dr. Jaber further explained that current consumer trends and buyer behaviors in Jordan reaffirm the local market’s readiness to enhance its utilization of E&M payment services and solutions. The Conference also featured key speakers and participants including Mr. Elias Ghanem- PayPal and Mrs. Maha Al-Bahu – Central Bank of Jordan.
The event features a rich content and an enlightening agenda that encompasses vital current and future issues related to Electronic and mobile Payment industry, challenges, and opportunities. This Conference is highly relevant to the local and regional climate and in line with the global development.
The Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan is an ICT and ICTES industry-support association founded in 2000 with the aim of improving the dynamics of Jordan's ICT & ICTES markets and developing the Kingdom's ICT & ICTES related activities, and includes more than 210 local and global companies working in IT, Telecom, and IT enabled services (Outsourcing). Since its establishment, Int@j has been exerting a high effort level aiming at advancing the Jordanian ICT & ICTES sector.
