Etihad Etisalat "Mobily" said that it has enhanced its (Neqaty) program, which is considered to be the best loyalty program today in the Middle East, through launching the new (Neqatona) service. This unique service allows its subscribers to merge their earned points in one account and up to phone 10 lines, provided that all the lines are registered under the name of the same subscriber.

Mobily noted that the new service is now available through its web portal (www.mobily.com.sa), and that its subscribers can benefit from the new service by creating a new (Neqatona) account then assign the master line where all points will be accumulated. After creating a (Neqatona) account, a text message will be sent to the sub-account telephone number confirming subscription in (Neqatona), afterward another text message will be sent to the master phone number confirming points merging process.

According to Mobily, (Neqatona) service enables its subscribers to accumulate higher points faster, and thus get more valuable gifts from Mobily's list of rewards, including its preferred partners throughout the Kingdom. The program is very flexible and adds automatically one point or more to the subscriber's account for every Riyal he/she spends on Mobily services. All Mobily customers are automatically enrolled in the Neqaty program.

"Mobily" is always keen to support "Neqaty" program through a wide range of valuable gifts and rewards, as well as vast options which meet the requirements and aspirations of its subscribers. "Neqaty" Rewards consist of two main types: rewards from "Mobily's" services such as extra balance, partial settlement of invoices, free telephone calls, free SMS and free Internet services, while the second type includes rewards from "Neqaty" partners who cover all types of commercial activities and meet the needs and requirements of "Mobily" subscribers in Saudi Arabia and abroad.
